The wine Maker plans and attends to his vineyards throughout the year, in order to produce the best quality matured grapes for a variety of wine types and styles. Upon harvesting and delivery at winery, the grapes are weighed before quality analyses such as sugar and acid contents are performed. The grapes are then crushed, processed and fermented to wine.

The Wine Maker regularly monitors the development of the wines and performs further treatments such as maturation and clarification to ensure that the wine develops properly. Wine is sometimes matured in wood to enhance the taste.
