The Display Artist is responsible displays in shops, museums, or international shows. They use their skills to display the merchandise as attractively as possible. Display of merchandise can be in showcases, against walls, on counters or on special exhibition stands.

The display Artist starts an assignment by planning a work scheme, thereafter a sketch plan of the final display has to be made. A list of all the required accessories is then drawn up.

The exhibition or display in the studio in close liaison with the Advertising Manager. Models are made and background material and other supplies are collected.

The Display artist also draws designs and paints the décor for exhibitions. The work will vary according to experience, skill and workplace or company.
